Joe Alfieri Struggles with Polling Place Intimidation


Joe Alfieri, candidate running for Coeur d’Alene City Council, was confronted on Election Day this past May for exercising his constitutional rights to pass out literature near polling places.  Ed & Joe discuss the legal spacing requirements and how polling officials tried to violate Joe’s right to exercise his right to hand out literature.
