Carla Mattare from KCRWF Responds to Kootenai County Commissioner Bill Brooks New Government Idea

On April 1, 2021 Bill Brooks presented his idea to change the Kootenai County form of government to the Kootenai County Republican Women Federated organization.  Carla Mattare, President of the Kootenai County Republican Women’s Federated, and her husband Bruce Mattare visit with Idaho Speaks to share their views of Commissioner Bill Brooks presentation at the FCRWF meeting on April 1st.
